I would like to introduce you the several tips of lose fat.
These are based on my experiences so far.
But they may be all common sense.

At first, regarding lose fat by meal.
If you don't save eating quantity less than consumption.
You never be able to lose fat in spite of your any calory
consumption by exercise.
In opposite, if you save meal calory less than your calory
consumption in a day.
You will be able to lose fat absolutely.
Before your exercise.
Can you control your meal quantity?
If you can do that, you can lose fat 100% !
At first, save meal quantity basically, and lose fat gradually.
Never forget to plot the graph of your weight and meal quantity.
Confirming your weight daily bases is very important to lose weight.
This is really common sense. But very difficult thing.
Why? Because everyone want to eat delicious meal and drink
cool beer until over stomach full.
But you have to give up.
Because lose fat effort without saving meal never success.
You only save to appropriate meal quantity but never stop eating.
Yes you can !
Imagine your balloon like body
changes to athlete one.
You are watching your shaped up
body in the mirror.
The effort makes that true.
Once you get shaped up body,
you may feel never back before.
So it may not difficult to keep
your body shaped up.

I never want to back to fat stomach before.
By the way, weight has certain range.
About plus minus 2kg go up and down easily due to meal
quantity in body.
If weight is reduced quickly by limiting meal,
Meal quantity in body is only reduced temporality.
Lose fat is never done.
If you don't notice this, you will never be able to lose fat.
Important thing is to keep minus side of weight range
by controlling meal quantity.
It may be inevitable if you limit meal calory a day
less than consumption calory a day.
But It is important to avoid limiting calory too much.
And you also have to have vitamin and mineral needed
for body at least to avoid being disease.
When I had low back pain, I only ate rice ball onigiri.
I think it was effective but just risky on nutrition.
I wanted to improve severe pain desperately.
Now I am controlling meal with care for nutrition.
Light evening meal may be better compared to lunch and breakfast.
Meal calory in the evening is difficult to be consumed
because of no exercise in the evening
I think body energy is mainly from breakfast and lunch.
I never limit breakfast instead of limit of evening meal.
I put up with hungry evening thinking I will eat delicious
foods and never limit in the next morning!
