When I say Resurrection of jogging and walking exercise,
it sounds like great thing.
But it is just normal thing.

It was difficult for me to continue jogging or
walking exercise more than 30 minutes. 
jogging and walking are very simple exercise.
So I could start easily but continuing by myself
for long time was just difficult for me.
I was not good at jogging exercise
since my childhood.
I couldn't keep my breath when I was
jogging more than about 5 minutes.
That may be the reason of my hate
of jogging exercise.
2Km jogging exercise class when I was junior high school student.
It was hell for me. jogging exercise class is my enemy.  
I was down and wanted to be absent from school
on the 2Km jogging exercise day. 
I hated jogging or even walking exercise like such ways.  
So, as you can imagine, I was fat.
When I was jogging or walking, my fat body was
vibrating up and down.
  
By the way, If I say I can't do long jogging
because its too simple.
jogging runners may be angry for me.
Please forgive me.
The reason is not it's simpleness but my tolerance limit
is about 30 minutes jogging exercise.
So maybe I had better change from jogging to walking.
But walking is very easy and I feel defeated by myself.
Then I can't stop jogging.
And then after 30 minutes, I cry this is limit for me!
  
But I noticed lately.
jogging is hard. Walking is too easy.
Then I had better alternate jogging and walking exercise. 
If I feel hard then I can do
walking exercise.
If I feel easy then I can do
jogging exercise.
It is important to get average
exercise calory consumption.
I don't have to get best time or continue long jogging
because I am not marathon runner.  
My purpose is to prevent low back pain and keep health.
Walking exercise is no problem. It is not defeat. 
I have come to middle age.
I also care for lifestyle diseases, for example
High blood pressure,hyperlipidemia.

Therefore it was not any problem to alternate jogging
and walking exercise.
Because it consumes enough calory.  
In that way, I became to be able to do jogging and walking
exercise for about 1 hours.
It is easy because I can do walking any time
I feel hard by jogging.

So far, I felt defeat when I do walking, and had to keep
jogging exercise.
But alternating jogging and walking exercise is better
for keeping health for mental condition.

I always use the watch with heart rate measure function.
I am keeping my heart rate in the constant range
by alternating jogging and walking exercise.  
jogging exercise when low heart rate,walking exercise
when high heart rate.
I don't mean commercial,but
Timex ironmen with chest sensor.
I can check correct heart rate
by only seeing watch.
I recommend this method.
In addition, there are machines for jogging and walking
exercise in the sports gym.
And those machines have a slope control function.
I tried that function recently for the first time.
This was very effective for calory consumption control.
If slope is set to 15%, Simple walking is
changed to hard walking.
In this condition, walking is harder than jogging.
The slope can be set by every 0.5%.
You can control calory consumption control
by seeing heart rate on your watch.  
  
In such way, I became to be able to do long long time exercise.
By alternating jogging and walking exercise and control
the slope, enjoying variation. 
And I became to enjoy scenery of the park or nature,
because I can feel relax different from before.
Alternating jogging and walking exercise changed me.
