Regarding my weight.
It was over 80 Kg when I had a low back pain.
But by the pool and muscle training, the weight became to be about 76 Kg.
I thought just more weight must be lost to reduce pain.
Then,I heard Japanese rice ball_onigiri diet
was effective.
I could not know whether it was good or bad
for health.But I did that immediately.
At the moment.

I ate breakfast normally.But I refrain from oily food as possible as I could.
In the noon, I had 1st lunch box. Two Japanese rice ball and miso soup.
In the evening. Before swimming.I had 2st lunch box .
Also two Japanese rice ball.

I changed every day meal to Japanese rice ball in that way.
I also continued to swim and train abdominal and back muscle.
It was completely different and difficult compared to the life before
low back pain.
Life is easy and hard.
I made effort to get relief from pain.
The pain was disappeared gradually.
The weight was also reduced gradually.
I felt my health was improved remarkably every day.
At last.After about 2 months.
My weight was reduced by 10 Kg successfully.
And my low back pain was almost disappeared amazingly.
I could feel like flying with appropriate weight.
I thought my back was screaming for 10 Kg load around back.
I had never noticed that.
And I did many bad things for my back.
Then my back warned me by low back pain.
I got appropriate and light weight by feeling that severe pain.
It might be the good opportunity.
