I often did aerobics 3 hours in a row.
But it caused knee hurt or having cold because of exhaustion.
I never recommend too longer exercise.
Now I do only 1 hour aerobics with my best effort.
By the way, you may think you can't do aerobics so long time
like 1 or 2 hours.
I also thought that.
And actually I could only about 30 minutes exercise so far.
When I had low back pain, I was only swimming.
Because there was no choice.
Swimming was only available for low back pain patient.
Of course, I also like swimming.
After overcoming of low back pain,I changed the exercise
from swimming to jogging.
Because jogging needs no money and easy.
I was jogging for about 30 minutes in the park neighborhood once a week.
At that time, I didn't think about aerobics exercise.
But both jogging and swimming are hard.
And it was difficult for me to keep my motivation.
30 minutes was my limit of exercise continuation.
But the situation was just changed lately.
I am now be able to do 1 or 2 hour exercise with oxygen so easily.
Yes, Aerobics !
I had a opportunity to go to sports gym again.
And I tried aerobics for the first time in my life.
I had never done the aerobics.
Because I had preconception that it was exercise for female
rather than male.
But there was a martial art type aerobics.
I made up my mind to plunge myself to aerobics studio.
As the result.
What a reasonable exercise for diet this is!
I must begin aerobics more before.
This was my honest impression.
The reasons are
1. All members are exercising with their best.
I can also keep motivation for my best.
2.Members are not allowed to quit before end of the program.
once you join the program, you can exercise
for determined time exactly.
3.You can be refreshed after exercise because of its rhythmical motion.
It is very effective for getting rid of stress.
Martial art type aerobics is more effective.
4.Only moving as the same as aerobics instructor do is OK.
Exercise pattern is various rather than jogging and swimming.
But I couldn't do the high class aerobics
because the motion was too complicated for me.
The people doing aerobics may say that those are common sense.
But I felt like above with fresh sense honestly.
Please try aerobics!
But please be careful again.
If you feel low back pain, you had better swim avoiding
jogging or aerobics.
Swimming is easy for low back pain but jogging or aerobics
is hard for low back pain.
Please check your body condition.
And not only aerobics but also abdominal and back muscle
training is important.
This is abdominal and back muscle training rather than
lose weight.
You may have muscle training in the aerobics program.
But muscle training at home is very important.
Abdominal and back muscle is strongly shaped up
by synergy effect of aerobics and home training.
And this is very good for prevention of low back pain.
But please careful about how to training.
If you have low back pain,
you can't do perfect abdominal
muscle training motion.
You can't lift your body up fully.
If you lift your body up fully by
force, your low back pain
will recur by its heavy load.

I have never lifted my body up in the abdominal muscle training
since I got low back pain.
So how do you have to do?.
Only lifting your head and chest is OK.
Please try to touch your abdomen with that pose.
Your abdominal muscle must be stiff enough.
And you can do back muscle training as the same way.
Only just floating of your chest and foot lying on your stomach.
If you do aerobics when you are limiting meal appropriately,
Calory consumption is not from meal but from your fat.
So you can lose weight effectively.
If there is the person who can't lose weight by hard aerobics,
He or she is eating more than calory consumption.
So not consumed meal calory is stocked in your body every day.
Of course he or she can't lose weight in this life style.
I tried to do aerobics to lose weight and prevent low back pain
desperately.
Now I care for meal and exercise.
And I live healthy life with aerobics.
But of course, I sometimes drink or eat too much by my desire.
Human can't limit drink and eat completely.
But Please note it is only sometimes.
